Pool Frog Instant Frog gives pool owners not equipped with Frog products to dramatically lower the amount of chlorine consumed by their pool, simply by dropping this little guy into their skimmer basket. Instant Frog provides an all-natural mineral solution to kill off bacteria and other organic compounds, lowering the amount of chlorine you will need, while enhancing water quality. The odor and stinging sensation associated with chlorine is greatly reduced, and water is softened. For any easy solution that makes your pool operate better and cheaper, choose the Instant Frog.

For inground pools up to 25,000 gallons. This product is compatible with pool chemicals except bioguinides and bromine. Before using Instant Frog as the pool maintenance product, balance the pH to between 7.2-7.8 and total alkalinity between 60-120 ppm and shock the pool with a chlorine shock per the manufacturers directions. Then follow the directions below.

Set reminder dial on Instant Frog to 6 months from date of installation. Turn dial by hand or with a coin if needed.
Remove skimmer cover.
Remove skimmer basket handle if necessary and insert Instant Frog into the skimmer basket.
If using Instant Frog with a suction side automatic cleaner installed through the skimmer, it will be necessary to use a vac plate that may come with the skimmer or automatic cleaner.
Once installed, maintain recommended chlorine levels of at least 0.5 ppm in the pool by using an EPA registered source of chlorine approved specifically for swimming pool or a chlorine delivery device.
